Bain Cuon (with garnish)

Description

Bain Cuong is a traditional dish of Hanoi, Northern Vietnam.

A thin dough made from rice flour is used to wrap the pork and kikurage filling, which is then steamed.

Serve with sweet and sour nuocumam sauce.
